Public Association European Centre of Independent Certification of Human Resource Management Specialists called EU Centre HRM-Europe was founded in 2001.
EU Centre HRM-Europe Association is specialized at promoting performance standards and qualification norms of HRM-segment specialists.
These activities encompass:
- Setting and approval of knowledge and skill standards required for efficient performance of personnel in all-industry companies.
- Elaboration, update and support of qualification norms of jobs.
- Initiation of researches to be carried out by leading world universities and companies targeted at enhancing the efficiency of HRM-techniques in companies.
- Subsidy for efficient introduction of techniques to companies.
- Support in designing innovation HRM-techniques in companies.
- State subsidy programs for the companies employing specialists who passed independent knowledge examination.
- Publication and distribution of HRM materials, articles, literature of current interest among companies.
- Qualification examining that proves knowledge level of HRM-segment specialists.
- Arrangement of conferences, seminars, standard training.
- Employment assistance for specialists with proved qualification.
- Setting up and running knowledge clubs for HRM-segment specialists.

The activities are carried out under Association Articles. The activities are covered by membership contributions of the companies incorporated into the Association. Annual Report on application of funds could be received at the EU Centre HRM-Europe central office by any Association member upon official inquiry.
